Cut Rear Fender

Mark a straight line about 2 inches below the groove for the fender rails

Use a dremel tool to cut along the marked line, there's a bracket underneath that must be cut too.

Options for edges:

  • Do nothing
  • Cut clean and build up the edge with bondo.
  • Cut even and then weld some brake line along the cut, being careful to not warp the fender while welding.

Don't forget to weather (tuff coat) underneath the fender before painting
