This will take 4 - 5 hours per side, per wheel.
- remove wheels
- wet dry sand paper 220 grit (hand)
- wet dry sand paper 340 grit (sanding block)
- wet dry sand paper 600 grit (hand)
- wet dry sand paper 1000 grit (hand)
- Tripoli (brown clay compound) on a buffer wheel
- Green liquid buffing compound (http://metalgloss.com/)
- Use white compound and seal
